Hi,

I finally got my access.  Sorry that it took so long.

I do not start my appointments with Renew Integrative Health Centers, until next week.  I will try to follow my own low calorie diet, until I meet with them.

I am off from work this week, so I spent the day back-to school shopping with the kids.  I convinced myself that all the walking while I shopped, sufficed for my exercise for the day.  That did not fly with my daughter Savannah.  She dragged me downstairs to get some exercise in on the Wii Fit.  Having to exercise on the Wii was enough of a drag, but to top it off, the little robot voice on the machine reminded me that I had not exercised in seven months and that  I had gained four pounds since then.  That was not the worse part, the evil robot voice told me that the additional four pounds now made me obese.  Before, I was overweight and now I am obese.  This is sad, but it motivates me to move on and lose those pounds!!
