I will start by saying that I am down 17 pounds. It’s the most weight I have lost on any kind of a diet. It has been hard, but so worth it. I have not been to Renew for a while, because of conflicts with my work schedule. I can say that they set me on the right path and I am working to continue to lose weight.
Last week was so hard. There are so many pre-Thanksgiving activities and sometimes it is so hard to say no to the delicious food that is offered. I have decided to continue with the workout and the diet, until Wednesday. I will enjoy my Thanksgiving meal and the leftovers on the next day. On Saturday, I will go back to my current routine. One month left!!!

Still going to the gym. Trying to go every other day. I am up to forty minutes on the elliptical machine. It’s tough, but I am trying!! I will weigh myself on Friday to see how well I am doing.
Thanks to my “sister” Leslyn for your comments! You have been so supportive through all of this! Thank you again for the Jillian DVD!

I just got home from the gym. I was stuck at a 13 pound loss and I decided to get moving even more. I started back at the gym last week. I lost just one pound but I am sure if I keep it up, I will at least get within reach of my goal by December.
I know I have not done as good as the other ladies and I could just give up, but I will not. I know that there are a lot of you out there, that like me, you sometimes feel like giving up on losing weight. Keep going! It is the hardest thing in the world, but one day you will reach your goal!

My eating was ok today. Could have done better. I did manage to walk during my lunch time. I also got on the Wii Fit for 30 minutes.
I am still at a 13 pound weight loss . I really need to start getting serious about the diet. I go to Renew tomorrow, so that will help a lot!

Finally started again with the exercise. I got the WII Fit upgrade to motivate me. It is really worth the $19.00! It is a lot better than the old version. I put in 20 minutes worth of aerobics! I finally feel like on back on my way!
I was really good with the diet today. It just have to be like that for the next couple of weeks. I bought freeze dried strawberries at Trader Joes. I recommend them, because they are tasty and filling. The best part is that they are low cal.

Ok I know, I tend to disappear. Sorry about that. The past two weeks in my life have been a little interesting.
First, I had a really bad sinus infection. Today was my last day on antibiotics. This sinus problem is horrible, I hope that some day I can get some kind of surgery to get rid of it. It is terrible because it lasts for around two weeks, once it hits. It just makes me miserable!
Second, I accepted an offer for a new job! It will still be in support of the SEALS, but I will not be working directly for them. It makes me really sad, because I really enjoyed working with them. I can honestly say that it was the best job i ever had! They are a great group to work for!
For the past two weeks I have been under a lot of stress because of my sickness and also because I was starting a new job. I have not done my best with the diet and exercising. I am ashamed to admit it, but the sickness did not motivate me to diet or exercise. I have to come to realize that my health has always been in the way of my weight loss. Not only now, but forever. I could dwell on it or move one. As always, I choose to move on. Tomorrow is a new day and I will put in my best effort.
Being that I work with spreadsheets every day, I created my weight loss spreadsheet. I realized that with the couple weeks that I have left the contest, I still have a chance to lose at least 15 more pounds. I pray that nothing comes in the way and promise to do my best.
Ok, gotta’ go. My eight year old Arianna say’s good night to everybody!!

I had my acupuncture and chiropractic appointment today at Renew. I had not made it to an appointment since two weeks ago. It has just been a really busy time for me. Things are finally slowing down. I have to admit that my food choices have not been too good, but since Thursday I have been on my best behavior.
I had my “2nd birthday” on 24 September. It is not really my birthday, but my second year anniversary since a cancerous tumor was successfully removed from me. It was just a reminder of how important it is to take good care of yourself. I do not want to go through that experience again. After two years I finally feel at 100%. I think that it is thanks to the weight loss.

Let’s start with the bad news. Last week, I was not good with my diet.
It was my husband’s birthday on Wednesday and we celebrated with food until Saturday!! The thing is that my husband does not gain weight, I gain for him and for myself! I feel bad, but ready to continue with the weight loss.
I went to Renew today and had my acupuncture session with Kim. It was great!! Today I got the needles in my back. This session was a very relaxing one. Don’t know if it had to do with the placement of the needles. I also got my exercise in with Vanessa and my Chiropractic treatment with Dr. Hummel.
I want to mention that I also had my therapy with Tina. It is so great to get to have a session with her! It’s like having your best friend to chat with! She always gives great advice and it is a pleasure to have someone that listens so attentively.
Ok here is the good news. So far I have lost 13 pounds!! I have been on so many diet programs and this is the only one that has worked! Thanks to Channel 10 and to Renew!

I had to miss my Renew appointment today.
I just had too much work. September and October are the busiest months when you are working in my field of work. Got to balance those books! Even though it’s going to be busy, I will not use that as an excuse! I still need to shed the pounds!
Congratulations to Connie! 15 Pounds!! Wow!! I really need to start doing a weekly weigh in like Connie. All I need is a reliable scale.

Had a nice long weekend. Made it through a family reunion without eating all of the good fattening stuff! Did have a beer, though.
After a week off from Renew, I made it back. I had forgotten how wonderful the Acupuncture session is! Everybody should give acupuncture a try! I know I have said it a thousand times, but it is so worth it. It was my last session with John, I am so gonna’ miss him!
I also had my workout with Adam! Lord, I did not think I would make it out of there! He had me sweating!!
