Week 7
I had to go back and look; I can’t believe it really has been 7 weeks!! WOW time is going so fast! Must be all this exercise! Here’s my blah blah blah for the week.
I walked the week days with Kaki, weighted vest and all. (It’s even time to go shopping for new walking shoes) I did the Jillian Michaels dvd 2 different nights. I made good food choices. ANDDDDDD it paid off with another 2 pound loss!! YEE HA ME!!! That’s 11 pounds down!!!! WWOOOOO HOOOOOO 
Connie wants to lose 30 pounds and learn to manage her stress without food.
