The 101 class is divided into 2 sections: a lecture on each second Tuesday of the month from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm (no bike needed), & a lab section. Both a bicycle and a helmet are needed to do the lab ride. Instructors are certified by the League of American Bicyclists
